Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Trevory. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how and when your orders will be delivered.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. You will be notified by email if there is a significant delay.


2. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. Shipping availability and rates may vary depending on your location. During checkout, available shipping options for your region will be displayed.


3. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days
  • North America: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of the World: 12–25 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — any applicable discount will be applied automatically at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Trevory has no control over customs processes and cannot predict what charges may apply. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.


7. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

  • Check the tracking information provided in your dispatch email.
  • Contact your local post office or customs authority.
  • Reach out to us at help@trevory.shop if the issue remains unresolved.

We will do our best to assist you in locating your package. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.


8. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Trevory is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at help@trevory.shop. We will do our best to make corrections before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.


9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply. If reshipment is not requested within 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a partial refund, excluding shipping costs.


10. Changes to This Policy

Trevory reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
