At Trevory, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if the following conditions are met:
- The item was purchased directly from trevory.shop.
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, and pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons).
- Downloadable or digital products.
- Gift cards.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at help@trevory.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please do not send your purchase back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
- If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at help@trevory.shop and we will guide you through the process.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@trevory.shop and include:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo of the item and the issue.
- A brief description of the problem.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account or payment method again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times vary.
- If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@trevory.shop.
8. Changes to This Policy
Trevory reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
